FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Final Chance to Experience that
Camera Obscura
magic

 Summer 2007

The last chance to see Martin Newth's remarkable Solar Cinema installation in Cannizaro will be on the weekend of 21 and 22 July.

The camera obscura will be in the park on both days from noon till 6pm. The location on each day will be signposted and marked on the notice-board at the Main Entrance. Admission is free and Martin will be available to answer questions from visitors.

On Saturday 21 July at 2pm he will also give a formal talk in the Cannizaro Park Artists Studios, near the pond and adjacent to the Italian Garden. This will last about 45 minutes and is expected to be accompanied by images from each of the previous seasonal installations since the autumn. Numbers will be limited, so it will be a case of first come first served.

ACAVA artists based at the studios all year round will also be running their latest Open Day for visitors so do drop in to see the latest work.
