Colour and Concepts at Studios Open Day

ARTISTS working at the Cannizaro Park Studios opened their doors once again for the last two Sundays of this year's festival in the adjacent Italian Garden.
For the third successive year, the paintings, ceramics and sculptures of Cannizaro's own artist community were admired and discussed by visitors as music filled the air nearby. Shown top left is Susie Lingam with one of her works in fired clay. Top right is Kath Montagu's unfinished landscape of the Italian Garden. The artists welcomed visitors with refreshments, including spinach pies and other produce from Cannizaro's allotments.
