Last stand for the artists from Zimbabwe

Sculptors
from Zimbabwe will
hold their third and
last annual exhibition in the Italian Garden this
summer
from 9 June to 8 July.
The
show will run
11am until 7.30pm on weekdays, opening at 9am on
weekends.
Organiser Vivienne Prince said: “It's going to be our
final year,
sad to say. We only exhibit three years at
each venue and then move on. We've
met such
wonderful people at Cannizaro, it's been a very
special venue for us.”
The country’s Shona
stone (left) is recognised as a
unique source of world class art. Visiting artists
hold regular workshops for children during the
exhibition in Cannizaro Park.
