Auction dinner helps save Sunken Garden
Spring 2007
AUCTION sales and purchases of balloons linked to raffle tickets raised nearly £4000 for Cannizaro Park at the Friends’ fund-raising dinner dance Friday, 13 April.
The event, held at Cannizaro House, was a sell-out. Items auctioned included weekend breaks at Bridgehouse country house hotels, restaurant meals, golf rounds, and luxury goods.
The funds raised will help the Friends in their commitment towards ensuring the Sunken Garden continues to look as it does in the picture shown above. This was taken the same evening.
